A representative of HotcardsColumbus will contact the number listed in the email with 30 minutes of submission during business hours. Credit card charges for the order MUST go through at that time for the process to continue.

Both the FILE UPLOAD and ORDER PREPAYMENT must take place before submission deadlines to insure your file makes it into the run.

Submission Deadlines as of February 20, 2004:

Mondays (except holidays) before 11am
for the Tuesday print run.
(flyers back to you Tuesday evening)

Thursdays (except holidays) before 11am
for the Friday print run.
(flyers back to you Friday evening)

You may contact us at anytime during business hours, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am - 6pm and Tuesday and Friday 8am - 9pm (pick up nights).
